About HimZen

An independent editorial publication focused on what the research actually says about supplements, nutrition, and natural wellness.

The supplement industry is full of products that make big claims and hide small details. Proprietary blends, vague dosages, citations to animal studies dressed up as human evidence.

HimZen started because we couldn't find a place that explained the research honestly - without trying to sell something in the same breath. We're not a shop. We don't manufacture anything. We summarize what peer-reviewed studies say and let you decide.

How we cover research

We cite from PubMed, Nature, Cell, and other primary scientific databases. Every factual claim in our articles links to its source. When a study is small, we say so. When results are preliminary, we say that too.

We don't conduct clinical trials or lab tests ourselves. We aggregate, translate, and reference what's publicly available - so readers can evaluate the evidence and make their own decisions.

A few things we will never do

  • -Publish fear-based or sensational headlines
  • -Recommend supplements without explaining the evidence behind them
  • -Pass marketing claims off as scientific findings
  • -Invent ratings, certifications, or third-party badges we can't verify
  • -Claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • -Hide affiliate relationships or sponsored content

Revenue and independence

HimZen earns revenue through affiliate partnerships. If you buy a product through a link on this site, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Editorial decisions are made independently of these arrangements. We review products on their published evidence - not on whether they have an affiliate programme.
